The Problem: Low brand awareness and lack of distinctive brand assets meant QDOBA was flying under the radar as a one-to-beat fast casual restaurant. Chipotle remained on top, as more fast casual chains like CAVA and Sweetgreen began to grow. QDOBA needed to stake their claim as the best fast-casual chain restaurant (awarded 6 years in a row) and become a nationwide household name.
The Solution: What makes QDOBA stand out from the rest? Customization, unique bold flavors, freshly prepared, never frozen ingredients, and of course free guac & queso.
So, we took our distinct brand benefits and created a suite of assets to re-introduce the QDOBA brand to the world.
